Trisha & Nick’s Multicultural Garden Party

Trisha and Nick met in college and built a life and home together in Portland with their two greyhound dogs. They were excited to bring together friends and family from all phases of their life to meet, mingle, and celebrate together. Their multicultural, socially conscious celebration brought together queer and BIPOC vendors at two venues: Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden and Irving Street Studio at the Ecotrust building.

Trisha and Nick worked with Together Events from the beginning to select their venues and vendors and to bring everything together on the day of their celebration. Thoughtful vendor selection was important to the couple, so we worked to ensure that their venues and vendors incorporated sustainable practices, did community-oriented work, and/or reinvested funds in BIPOC-owned and queer-owned businesses.

“Justine and Together Events were one of the first and best vendors we booked and they were SO worth it. We set out to plan a wedding that both aligns with our style & relationship, as well as our values. They knocked it out of the park. Thank you so much to Justine and her team for making it all happen—our wedding was beautiful and fun and so us.
