We work in corporate, non-profit, and social events and prioritize working with clients (and colleagues) who are interested in doing great things, the right way. We anchor our work in a set of shared values and focus on sustainability that we try to bring to every interaction.

Working with Greater Good Events is a great way to build direct, paid experience in project management, event planning and event production/coordination. Our Assistant Coordinators are paid $25-30/hour and we’re looking for consistent folks we can train into Lead Coordinators and Event Planners (typically paid $50-70/hour) over the next season or two.

How does it all work?

We’re a small team of two full-time employees (the owners), and one regular contractor (our Event Director), so we don’t have the option to bring anyone on full-time. But, we love to build with folks, and hope that those who work with us will eventually join our team in more consistent ways. For now, our big focus area is on staffing events for the 2023-2024 season.

In addition to providing advanced training and onsite mentoring, we also make time to celebrate wins and appreciate each other (mostly virtually for now, and when we can, in person).
